Pumpkin Soup Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 medium pumpkin, peeled and diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Add the diced pumpkin, carrot, onion, and garlic in a large pot.

- Add the cumin and ginger.

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- In a large pot, combine the apples, pears, prunes, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer until the fruit is tender and the mixture is thickened (about 20-30 minutes).
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Serve warm.
