Serving Suggestion

Have 1 capsule (500mg) of Eden Healthfoods IDF#1, whole or sprinkled on your food, and increase by 1 capsule everyday until desired effective is attained.

A desired effect should be 2-4 movements of toothpaste-like consistency, not too runny, not too hard.

You may open capsules if you wish to reduce the serving size or give to children.

Serving size for children is by weight. If the child is half the average adult weight (70kg), give half the serving size.

Intestinal Detox Program

IDF#1 is used as part of our 2 WEEK Intestinal Detox Program, to help you effectively cleanse by opening the body’s largest eliminating organ, getting maximum waste out.

If your movements are too often (more than 2-4 times a day), skip IDF#1 and go directly to IDF#2.

This product is designed to be used in conjunction with IDF#2, as part of our Intestinal Detox Program.

It can be taken alone for temporary relief, however not recommended for long term use.
